Powers
Some of Castiel's abilities as they are presented would be too powerful to allow in game all at once. We ask that you cut down on one all together if possible, most likely his super strength/endurance as they don't necessarily relate to the rest of his powers. Also, Castiel's teleportation in-game would only work in areas outside both the City and Cave if that has any bearing on which powers you would like to keep or power down.
For his soul perception, there are very few truly supernatural creatures. The only things he might see with it would be any ghosts, as all characters are otherwise human. For his touch-based skills, we would be all right with them retaining most of their power as long as they would not be overused. If there are more than the two effects you mentioned, please list them here for us to properly judge.
