Personality
While this section gives us an excellent idea of what goes on in Gabriel's head, we have a few questions on how this affects him in his interactions with others. What kind of persona is "the Trickster"? How do his masks affect his reactions to different situations?
Powers
We're afraid that this skillset is far too powerful for the setting. Most characters would only be allowed three or so powers, even under a blanket of similarities between them. Please see about narrowing them down further, and don't worry too much. Everyone else will have the same relative amount of power regardless of who they are. (Dreamwalking would not be an advisable power, as every Sleeper no longer dreams after waking up from cryogenic sleep.)
Additionally, we strongly suggest either taking away memory alteration or making it his only power. It is too strong for the setting wherein memory shenanigans are already part of the premise.
