Personality
OKAY well, firstly I believe the Trickster is the persona Gabriel uses as a barrier between his care for his family and his bitterness at the fact that they all seem intent on fucking things up for themselves. With the Trickster, he can not only pretend that everything is okay, but he can also pass judgment on others. He's happy-go-lucky, mischievous, often cruel, always irreverent and above all, free in terms of how others regard him and how he regards others.
The Trickster lets him hide his hurt and his love both, lets him pretend to others that he doesn't really care about the things he does. And in a way, he sees that as freedom; his family doesn't give a shit, so why should he? As long as he divests himself of caring, he can't feel hurt. And even though he can't actually convince himself of that, he can convince others.
So because the Trickster lets him do whatever the hell he wants because he can, in most situations it lets him react irreverently--he has the power to not care. It's only when things come close to home, with situations relating to his family, that it starts to break, because like it or not Gabriel hasn't actually addressed any of those issues with his family; he's been using his masks to as an avoidance technique rather than covering them up. As a result, a lot of his feelings are still pretty fresh, especially because he never actually succeeded in divesting himself of his love.

I was expecting that for the memory manipulation! XD Alrighty, take that off the list. And also the dreamwalking, because I am just a derp and forgot about that. I'll also make the voice mimicry not a supernatural skill, but a mundane one--just something he's really, really good at in general.
So, revised powers list:
Telekinesis. Basically to the point of being a parlour trick, things he can use to make his own life easy, spook or generally annoy people with.
Soulreading. The wiki describes a physical handling of the soul, but in canon angels can also read souls by ‘looking into a person’s eyes’ and seeing their history/ emotions (Castiel does this on at least one occasion). That inside scoop thing. Except on this occasion it will be blurred by the fact that player characters have two different histories—he won’t be able to see many details, and those details he does see will depend on which history is the more prominent.
Reality manipulation. The ultimate smorgasbord of pranking: creating things that aren’t there to troll his victims with. This includes constructs—creating objects and ‘people’—which, while tasty and alluring, no longer have any real substance to them. He can create little ‘pocket’ dimensions twenty square feet large at most—and only two at any given time. They’ll take a lot of time and energy to create, and the slightest misstep will equal a blast of brainfry in terms of a temporary sense-loss. Built right they’ll cost him nothing to maintain, but if he doesn’t use them … well, they’ll act like rooms that haven’t been used in a while. Except they’re reality pockets, so instead of getting dusty they’ll just atrophy.
