To clarify: her AU is that is one that occurs in canon? If so, we still qualify it as AU for simplicity's sake.

It is an AU that the author made and later connected to the actual canon by having one of the canon characters dream about it (though not all characters that the author created for the AU showed up in that dream).

Okay! I think I get what you mean. Marking her as AU for now seems to be the easiest, as there is still a "canon" version of Sweden that I believe supersedes this one. Would that be correct/all right with you?

Yes, that would be accurate! "Nyotalia" is the name of the AU; "Axis Powers Hetalia" is the name of the canon, if that is needed/of any help.
