Well, on both counts, Gabriel-mun has unscreened her app if you would like to see how we ended up compromising on the powers front. Our basic philosophy is that if you have someone with a very strong power, then there needs to be an equal drawback to keep it balanced and fair to the other players. This is something we're more than willing to toss back and forth until we can all come to an agreement we're satisfied with!
As for Lucifel's job, it sounds like some sort of messenger or telecommunications worker would work best for a job? Powers could probably be converted into something like slowing down (or speeding up? Rewinding?) other PCs for a few seconds to maintain a feeling of power without being too overpowered.
With Balthazar, I assume he has different specialties than Gabriel, so I can't really help on the type of or what powers he would keep. Otherwise he sounds like a pretty fun dude.
