yes, I think randomizing that sort of power would be the easiest way to go about it. and there would definitely be those immune to it (other supernatural creatures).
after looking over some of the other powers (for example on Gabriel's app) I was wondering if it would be legit to add a couple of minor things. yay or nay on
* minor constructive/destructive powers, similar to what he and Crowley display in the book (see: the occasion when they turn a policeman's car engine into a Creature). this would probably be more suitable as a power that he gradually reclaims? * the ability to vaguely sense the presence of other angels/demons/supernatural things. not like "oh my there's X and he's doing Y and he is on Z street" but more "somewhere around it feels as though there might be someone I'm familiar with, but I'm not sure who." and of course all of these would go in a permissions post.
