If they work and/or have business being there, then that is also fine! The idea is generally that the locations are to be made by people who will use them, not necessarily the people who own them.

If you can't think of an owner, or would like to leave that open for another PC sometime in the future, then you're free to leave that section blank or N/A or as "open" or something.
